The center of heritage revival organizes workshop On the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day and the Annual Integrity Week, the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage at the University of Baghdad will hold a workshop entitled (Anti-Corruption in the Islamic Perspective) on Monday, 12/11/2023, at ten o’clock in the morning, in the hall of Professor Nabila Abdel Moneim.with the presence of a number of professors, the lecture is presented by Professor Dr. Anas Essam Ismail, who speaks, Since the sending of the Messenger, may God bless him and Islamic law has defined its position on administrative and financial corruption. It is represented by three honorable hadiths, the first of which is: “Whoever deceives us is not one of us,” and he specified the punishment for deception and taking from public money and a promise. Gifts to workers are immorality and the refusal of the zakat collector to take gifts for himself from those who pay them. He emphasized the sanctity of public money. Rather, he considered whoever takes something from his brother’s money out of shame, as if he took it by force or by a sword, as the Messenger, the best of prayers and peace be upon him, said in the famous hadith (If Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad, had stolen Her hand would have been cut off.)
