They supervise the management of the center and issue laws and decisions related to the center under the supervision of the center director. Their mission also includes setting the center’s strategies, activities, and research plans, making key decisions, monitoring performance to achieve the center’s goals, protecting the interests of employees and workers, and acting as a liaison between researchers, employees, and management. It consists of members and the center director who chairs the meetings.

Decisions of the Center’s Board of Directors
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Center addressed important decisions that included several axes, including setting a work plan that focused on coordination with state institutions and government departments in order to revitalize and develop work, in addition to several axes related to the scientific and administrative performance in the Center and discussing ways to improve the scientific approach towards the best. The meeting also touched on the negatives and positives of administrative work and ways to address them, as well as research plans and the scientific activities of the Center, such as seminars, workshops and conferences, and ways to improve them, and the directives of the director, administration and scientific committees towards achieving the scientific goals for the success of the Center’s plans.
