Sposored by the president of the university of Baghdad prof. Dr. Bahaa Ibrahiem Ansaf with the supervised by the director of the center of heritage revival prof. Dr. Alaa Nafea Jasim , the center of heritage revival /university of Baghdad in cooperation with college of Art /university of Tikrit organized symposium entitled on Wednesday 24th/4/2024 , it started with Verses from the Holy Quran and read surat Alfatiha . Many researches present , and one of them is about prof. Dr. Alaa Nafea Jasim which is entitled ( Abdul Aziz Aldoury and his history reading ) in addition to that the research by prof. Dr. Saadi Ibraham (Imam Aldour shrine) as well as the research of Dr. Eman Salih Mahdi (scientists of Aldour city) , Dr. Rasha Essa Fares Also presents a research(hasan Taqi Aldouri and his effect on heritage) . A documentary film was shown by prof. Dr. Riyad Al-Rayes and a lot of scientific research that enriched the symposium, as the importance of symposiums related to heritage was confirmed as cultural projects that contribute to the progress of society and the confirmation of its identity. Note that one of the goals of our center is to hold national, regional, Arab and international seminars and conferences and participate in them in order to link the Arab scientific heritage with contemporary scientific reality and reveal the scientific innovations to which Arab scientists have contributed and their impact on the scientific development that Europe is witnessing in the modern era. Enhancing scientific interaction between the university, state institutions, and civil society organizations, with the aim of cooperating to intensify efforts to raise community awareness and establish ways to preserve the nation’s cultural heritage. In conclusion, certificates of participation were distributed to the researchers, wishing them continued success.

Dr. Alaa Nafea Jasim (the director of the center) the heritage revival center / university of Baghdad organizes workshop entitled (The family and building its proper components) where sited in the gallery of the center on Wednesday 27th/3/2024 that presented by Dr. Zainab Khalid who talks about The family is the first and fundamental factor in forming the societal and educational entity. It contributes to forming the child’s personality and teaching him customs, traditions, and religion. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights stipulates their protection and preservation, as well as Iraqi law, where many articles were mentioned that considered the family the foundation of society. The state preserves its entity and its religious and moral value and gives the individual The right to life, security and freedom, and all forms of violence, abuse and discrimination are prohibited. In addition, there are principles that family members must adhere to in order to preserve its bonds and entity, including the principle of chivalry, the principle of justice between children, and sound social and Islamic upbringing. Dr. Reyadh Saied Lateef who talks about the scientific importance to choose m Mechanically, it was necessary for them to use mathematics, especially due to the high accuracy with which their devices worked, according to the observation of the researcher or lecturer, which created in him an obsession with researching behind this, and he found many texts in manuscripts that indicate this, which thus indicates that the Arabs and Muslims They knew well the laws of mathematics and its equations, including arithmetic, geometry, algebra, and trigonometry. on the occasion of the celebration of National Afforestation Day, which is held on March 12 of each year, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Alaa Nafi Jassim, the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage / University of Baghdad organized on Tuesday morning, 3/12/2024, where Dr. Liqa Shaker Al-Sharifi participated in the scientific workshop held. On the sidelines of this event, a research paper was published entitled (Slums and their Impact on Vegetation Cover in Baghdad). The paper dealt with the subject of slums and residential encroachments in Baghdad, a phenomenon that has become clearly widespread through encroachment on green spaces and parks that serve as a natural outlet for areas and neighborhoods. Residential areas in Baghdad, in addition to the dependence of some slum dwellers on the profession of animal husbandry and grazing. The paper included the basic importance of vegetation in combating desertification, as well as aesthetics. Then, Dr. Rasha Issa Fares’ research (The Importance of Agriculture in Heritage), in which the doctor spoke about its overview. A history of the importance of agriculture in human life since time immemorial, a memory of the role of agriculture in heritage, where researchers in the history of civilization classified human involvement in agriculture as one of the most dangerous revolutions in the development of human life, as agriculture led to caring for plants and distinguishing what is harmful from what is beneficial, and it emerged There were many scientists who played a prominent and effective role in paying attention to this aspect, so many works on botany appeared, and they were divided into: 1_ agricultural and botanical works 2_ works originally linguistic but containing botanical vocabulary 3_ works originally about travel and including mention of many plants that grow In the countries visited by the traveler, the author 4- Medical works, if issues related to plants were taken from them, they would become independent books. 5- Historical and literary works that contain many botanical and agricultural terms. All of these works are a link to link the past with the present and enrich civilization with scientific aspects.
