Supervised by prof. Dr.Alaa N. Jasim the director of the center , the center of heritage revival organized seminar entitled (mirrors are one of architectural elements of Kadhimiya shrine)it holds on Monday 23^rd/10/2023 on the hall center presented by researchers and professors . it presented by Dr.Emtithal K. Sarhan (one of the center’s professors) defined mirrors Which is one of the architectural elements of the Kadhimiya Shrine and one of the most important Islamic elements that characterize the Islamic architecture of the holy shrines, shrines, shrines, mosques and Husseiniyahs. It is in the form of sequences of decorations and geometric shapes that cover the thresholds and walls from the top, in addition to the decorations with elongated phalanxes, which are in geometric shapes inlaid with enamel. It has seven colors, such as orange, turquoise, blue, green, and others. In these colors, the names of God are written on the glass panels, in addition to the names of the twelve imams. They come back to the Qajar era, which is distinguished by its shapes and decorations, the thresholds, shrines, and sanctuaries. In conclusion, the director of the center thanked the lecturer and wished more success.

Jasim (the director of the center) syntactic department /heritage revival center/university of Baghdad organizes symposium( intangible heritage) on Wednesday 28^th/10/2023 on the the center hall (Nabila A. Almunaam . the lecture presents by prof. Dr. Ali Hadad who speaks about intangible heritage and an important contribution in popular heritage with an expansion of humanity giving and interactive to personalize community notification as to be the trust expression of  human society as it lives the existence in a place where hold in and it is acted its natural circumstances and the way of living, It has practices, behaviors, beliefs, arts of speech and performance, since the material heritage is represented by buildings, fashions, foods, and work machines that humans circulate in their environment. Intangible heritage is the popular product whose tool, means, and remembrance of living memory, and this (intangible) heritage is vulnerable to loss with the passage of time. The symposium included:  several interventions and discussions by professors, researchers, and attendees. In conclusion, the director of the center thanked the lecturer for valuable lecture, wishing more continued success in serving our beloved Iraq and our ancient university .

 

 

 

Delegation headed by Dr. Ali flaih , Dr. Ahmad Hisham and Mr. Ahmad Mizhar from Sunni Endowment Office / studies and researchers office visited the center in the morning of Wednesday 18^th/10/2023 ,it is received by prof.Dr. Alaa N. jasim (the director of the center )  scientific expertise was exchanged between the two sides, including research, dissertations, and manuscripts, the holding of seminars, workshops, and discussion panels. At the end of the visit, the director of the center thanked the delegation, wishing them success in serving our heritage…

Jasim (the director of the center) , the manuscript department in the center of heritage revival /Baghdad university organized workshop entitled (Catalogs of scientific manuscripts in Iraqi libraries/Iraqi Manuscripts House as an example)on Wednesday 11^th/11/2023 with present by many numbers of professors . the lecture presents by Mr. Kareem N. Al- jumaily (Authority of Antiquities and Heritage) / Department of Studies and Research who talks about library indexes t is the identity of the manuscript and the entrance to the science of scientific manuscripts, as the catalogs of the House of Manuscripts had an effective role in introducing the house’s manuscripts to researchers, scholars, and postgraduate students. Al-Jumaili added that having the catalogs alone with basic work keys is a good step in indexing manuscripts, and they are indicators of the beginnings of the preamble after the basmala, and praise be to God. For which pages were placed at the end of each index. The workshop included several inquiries and interventions from the researchers. In conclusion, the director of the center thanked the lecturer, wishing him continued success   .

 

 

Mr.Hameed Ali (Shiite Endowment office) /Department of Research and Studiesvisited the center of heritage revival in the morning of 9^th/10/2023 .He was received by prof. Dr. Alaa N. Jasim (the head of the center) , Dr. Mazin Qasim Muhalhal (the responsible of scientific affairs department) and Dr. Rasha Essa Fares (responsible of women enable ) where scientific experiences were exchanged as researches ,manuscrpts theses in addition to hold courses ,workshops and seminars that can be held between them ,finally the head of the center thanked Mr. Ali Hameed wishing more progress to serve heritage

 

Under the supervision of the prof. Dr. Alaa Nafea Jasim ( the head of the center) , the center organizes seminar entitled (The Second Pledge of Aqaba, events and facts) where sited in the gallery of prof. Dr. Nabila A. Munam in the center on Monday 9^th/10/2023. The seminar is presented by prof. Dr. Anas Esam Ismaiel who talks about the first pledge that was in 12^th H. the date was agreed upon after a full year, and the prophet, may God bless him and his family, attended with Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib and addressed them. Then he mentioned the most important clauses of the pledge of allegiance, hearing and obedience, on spending in times of hardship and ease. Then, in conclusion, the head of the center thanked the lecturer, wishing him continued success.

 

 

One of the center’s proffessors (assist prof. Dr. Wasan Hussein Muhaimeed)/ the head of the manuscript department  has published an article entitled (The Patriarch and the decree of the Caliphate House) in Almashriq journal  No.115 2023 .
