Dawood presented by numbers of professors , it is presented by dr. Rasha essa fares (one of the center’s professors ) who talked about begging phenomenon defined a beggar is the person who takes this profession as a means to earn his daily living. As for begging, it is begging for material assistance by pleading with people in various forms and forms, such as claiming illness or spending the night in the streets. It has become a threat to society and leads to moral and intellectual deviation. This phenomenon has many reasons. It is primarily due to the low economic situation, the high rate of poverty and unemployment, and the effects of wars. This situation is usually very active, usually during the holidays and religious occasions, with the aim of people pleading for them. This phenomenon has many negative consequences represented in the deprivation of children of their basic rights, and it is also well known. This segment of society suffers from various mental illnesses, such as sexual abuse and trafficking in human organs for them and for the various other classes of society, whether women or the elderly. In order to reduce this phenomenon, solutions must be put in place that are represented primarily in the role of the state through its containment of them by providing social security .there must be legal penalties to reduce from this phenomenon
