Along with customs, traditions, and heritage, it represents the civilization of our ancestors. Caring for it and maintaining its character, features, and architectural elements is at the core of our work as historians and heritage engineers working in the field of preserving history and heritage. Today, with urban progress and the modern city of information technology, artificial intelligence has emerged with its modern programs as a revolution in the year of communications and preserving architectural and cultural heritage. The latest artificial intelligence program is the DeepSeek program, which was produced in China and is characterized by speed, supports many languages, accurate results, and is free, which has enabled it to outperform the American program GhatGpt. From this standpoint, we can employ these programs to preserve the elements and features of architectural heritage in terms of form, building materials, and information about the identity of these buildings and their architectural elements, and to create a database that is accessible to researchers, tourists, students, and amateurs. There is also the Mizan program, which was prepared by the holy shrines in Karbala. It is an important program that is familiar with all applications and information related to Iraq, which allows adults to work on it and provide them with information. Specialized in history and architectural heritage, Sarhan added that the program is of great importance in preserving architectural heritage and preserving its elements, features, and stages of development from being lost and preserving it as a national and cultural treasure for future generations. Dr. Wasan Hussein Muhiemeed (one of the centers members )who talked about subjects and people faith that forms part of their traditions They have been used in every time and age, and some of them have even extended to the present time to form what is called heritage or popular belief that people of religions come together on in the shadow of coexistence in one environment in which each party casts the misguidance of its popular heritage on the other, that heritage that is far in its essence from the principles of any religion they were on to imitate the minds of the simple in reaching what their souls are good at and fulfilling their endless desires. From that, what the books of history and Arabic literature contain of information about the status and fame of some monasteries, as they go beyond being a place of worship for their owners to be a destination for different spectra seeking blessings and healing for ailments that doctors were unable to cure. The researcher mentioned the most prominent names of monasteries in different regions of the Arab Islamic state in the Abbasid era in Iraq, the Levant and Egypt to take their fame as the destination of every patient, and we choose from among them some monasteries such as those distinguished by the presence of water springs in them, including the highest monastery in Mosul, and underneath it is a large spring (Ain Sulfur) that flows into the Tigris and has a time of the year People visit it to bathe in it, believing that it cures scabies and itching and is beneficial for the crippled and those with chronic diseases. Christians and Muslims visit it. In the Monastery of Yunus bin Matta, which was built in the name of the Prophet Yunus (peace be upon him) and is located on the eastern side of Mosul, there is a spring known as the Spring of Yunus. People visit it and bathe in the spring water for healing, recreation, and to seek its blessings. From the above, it can be said that the popular heritage reflects simplicity of thought with pure intention and following in the footsteps of others who have adorned for them the fulfillment of their wishes and the crown of which is wellness. Knowing that analogies is the plural of counterpart, which is the example and resemblance in forms, morals, actions and sayings. The center of heritage revival organizes workshop

The center of heritage revival organizes workshop ( violence against woman in Iraqi society /legal study)

Under the supervision by prof. Dr. Alaa N. Jasim (the director of the center , the center of heritage revival organizes workshop entitled ( violence against woman in Iraqi society /legal study) , assist. Instructor Hind Amer fadhil (one of the center’s members ) presented a research entitled (lluminations in Understanding the Hadith “Deficient in Reason and Religion”) She spoke about the controversy surrounding the Hadith “Deficient in Reason and Religion” due to its misunderstanding as a diminution of women, while it is a description of a legal and biological reality. What is meant by deficiency in reason is the influence of emotion in some rulings, and by deficiency in religion, the omission of prayer and fasting during menstruation. The Hadith does not diminish the status of women, but rather shows complementary differences between the sexes according to Islamic law. Then, the researcher, M.M. Zainab Jamal Nowrouz, a lecturer at our center, gave a presentation entitled (The Impact of Iraqi Laws on Combating Violence Against Women). She introduced the Iraqi laws that contribute to combating violence against women by criminalizing some forms of violence, such as domestic violence. However, they face challenges in implementation and deterrence, despite the existence of articles in the law that punish abuse. However, the absence of a comprehensive law on domestic violence limits the full protection of victims. Human rights organizations are seeking to amend the laws and close loopholes to ensure greater protection for women. In conclusion, the director of the center thanked the two researchers, wishing them continued success in serving our university and our beloved Iraq.
