As the most important reasons that raise confusion are orality and its relationship to writing over time, in addition to the adventure of writing, which, according to scholars’ belief, was born very slowly and involved in its development many different and complex factors to the point of questioning whether the phrase (the invention of writing) that was devoted to the titles of many books Modern studies have indicated that writing could have been invented many times in different places, but history has pointed to one place that confirms that the closest evidence of that comes from ancient Mesopotamia, specifically Iraq.Writing went through several stages before it reached what it is today. They lived with Muslims as subjects of one state united by human brotherhood, and Islam, with its tolerant legislation, preserved for them their rights and freedoms, and what they have and what they owe. They are like Muslims, and I learned about the names of non-Muslims and their meaning in Islamic legislation, and then I discussed the nature of peaceful coexistence and the tolerance it contains. And kindness and mercy towards non-Muslims in the various aspects of life and its dealings, including social and economic ones, in the era of the Noble Messenger (pubh), and his Rightly Guided Caliphs, who through their conduct embodied for Muslims a good example,  and the ideal application of the principles of Islam in dialogue, coexistence, and tolerance with non-Muslims.
