The seminar was delivered by Dr. Bayda Abdel Hassan Raddam, teaching assistant. In center, who speaks about the dialectic of the principle of innateness and acquisition in language, its origin, and the stages of its birth in the human race, as well as the factors inherent in the development of life within the group, have been the focus of disagreement among philosophers and linguists, ancient and modern. As the most important reasons that raise confusion are orality and its relationship to writing over time, in addition to the adventure of writing, which, according to scholars’ belief, was born very slowly and involved in its development many different and complex factors to the point of questioning whether the phrase (the invention of writing) that was devoted to the titles of many books Modern studies have indicated that writing could have been invented many times in different places, but history has pointed to one place that confirms that the closest evidence of that comes from ancient Mesopotamia, specifically Iraq.Writing went through several stages before it reached what it is today. So what distinguishes written language is that it is permanent and can be transmitted over long distances, unlike spoken language, which can be affected by many phenomena. Writing is considered one of the most important human inventions, because without it, human history and its future would not exist.
