Alkadhum Dawi ,, Mr. Wesam Abduljabar Mohammad had visited the museum of the center of heritage revival in the university of Baghdad who they received by the manager of the center , Mr. Fares Essa Fares and Miss. Enas Gareeb on Tuesday 28th/1/2025 , the most important scientific heritage holdings were reviewed, and the obstacles in the museum were addressed, solutions and ways to address them were found, and how to develop them and take care of these ancient heritage capabilities. At the end of the visit, the Director of the Administration thanked them for their visit, wishing them continued success in serving our ancient university and our beloved Iraq

The center of heritage revival organizes seminar entitled (the project of historical museum in Arabic medicine) where sited in the hall of Nabila A. Dawood in the center that is on Tuesday 21st/1/2025 , the lecture is presented by prof. Dr. Alaa Nafea jasim who talks about the profect that aims to the need of the center of heritage revival to heritage museum where appears the development of Arabic medicine equals with other  heritage institutes in the world This project was created by the late physician, Professor Adel Mohammed Al-Bakri, in 1986 and was considered one of the important projects at that time, with the aim of displaying the aspects of scientific progress among the Arabs and the prosperity of Arab medicine in the era of Arab civilization, and to be a center for scientific research for those interested in Arab medical heritage and the history of science in general, especially medical and pharmacy students and orientalists. This reflects the image of the activity of the Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage during the years since its establishment and highlights its effectiveness in the form of continuous achievement and not in a seasonal manner such as seminars and lectures. She also confirmed Al-Bakri’s statement that this project needs a building and employees in addition to furniture and glass cabinets to maintain the exhibits and to direct an appeal in newspapers and on television to scientific bodies and citizens who have old medical tools such as glass or copper utensils or old machines that were used in the medical field and to arrange them according to their use in diseases and to buy what they can buy of these equipment, knowing that most of them are found in old homes.

Visit 

A delegation from the General Secretariat of the Great Mosque of Kufa visited our center on Wednesday morning, 15/1/2025. The delegation was received by Professor Dr. Alaa Nafeh Jassim, Director of the Center, where the delegation was briefed on the scientific work of the center and opened up prospects for joint scientific cooperation between the center and the mosque in holding seminars, conferences and workshops. At the end of the visit, the delegation thanked the center’s management and presented him with a painting of Muslim bin Aqeel, peace be upon him, wishing him continued success and permanent success in serving our ancient heritage

The center of heritage revival organizes seminar entitled ( the development conception of geographic region) where sited in the Nabila A. Instructor Walaa Dhiaa nisayf (one of the center’s members) who talks about that the region is an important instrument in geography as it taught the date exactly In light of the time period, because people live things happen within a specific time frame, geography should also study the world in light of specific areas within which things are linked to its core. Dawood in the center on Tuesday 24th/12/2024 . the lecture is presented by Joman Adnan Hussein (one of the center’s members) who talks about the Iraqi popular proverbs that reflect the social traditions and cultures  with presence numbers of professors and she added that family has special rank in these proverbs which reflects its importance role. The importance of family ties and the values ​​of cohesion and love between family members and Iraqi proverbs in particular carry a lot of wisdom and life experiences that generations have gone through. Among the topics that Iraqi proverbs address are relatives. Some of them reflect the close ties between relatives and others show the challenges and problems that may arise between them. Under the supervision by prof Dr. Alaa Nafea Jasim (the director of the center) , the unit of Quality Assurance and University Performance  in the center organized workshop entitled (the mechanism of annual performance in searching center) in the hall of Nabila A. Dawood in the center on Thursday 12th/12/2024, the lecture is presented by Mr. Samer Haseeb and Mrs. Farah Abdul Kadhum . the workshop aims to the importance of administrative leadership and developed performance in order to raise the level of workers in higher education institutions towards the better, it also dealt with explaining the criteria used in the evaluation and the mechanism for applying them to filling out the form and evaluating a detailed presentation of the steps followed in those criteria. The workshop also added the topic of publishing in global containers (Scopus) and the importance of participating in scientific activities from lectures and scientific workshops and participating in community service

Visit

The library of revival of Arabian science heritage visited Dr. Ahmad Alhasnawy (the chief of manuscript in Iraqi scientific collective  on Thursday 28th/11/2024 , His visit was to present a map of the world of Al-Idrisi as a gift to the center’s library. This is part of the cooperation mechanism between our center and the Iraqi Scientific Academy. Under the supervision of prof. Dr, Alaa nafea Jasim (the director of the center) , the center of heritage revival organizes workshop entitled (The role of community awareness in combating social stigma ) according to university recommendation  through spreading awareness Campaigns  to change the negative sight of community towards citizens to demand a help without fear of social stigma , the lecture is presented by Dr. instructor Alaa Jawad Haneen (college of education for girls /university of Baghdad) who talks about On the concept of social stigma, its types and dimensions, and addressing the most important causes of social stigma in terms of ignorance and misconceptions of some information and the media may reinforce the negative stereotype, which contributed to the spread of stigma. The researcher confirmed that the conclusions reached by the study are the adoption of modern programs and technology in spreading community awareness and enhancing self-confidence among the target groups, helping them accept themselves, and among the methods of combating social stigma are building a supportive and stimulating academic and social environment for all students and enhancing the spirit of solidarity and support and contributing to spreading the culture of accepting others and peaceful coexistence. Under the supervision of prof. Dr. Alaa Nafea Jasim (the director of the center) , the center of heritage revival organizes seminar entitled (Dust phenomena in heritage sources(on Tuesday 19th/11/2024 in the hall of Nabila A. Munam Dawood in the center , the lecture is presented by assist. Instructor Wasan Abdul Wahab (one of the center’s members) who talks about Arab who they classified dust into two types natural and human, as it appeared when delving into the study of dust in the Arabic language, in the Holy Quran, in their poetry, and in the historical events that they went through. This was done by following the chronological sequence of them, where they found that dust appears in different colors, including black, yellow, red, and green. They linked dust to drought, and mentioned the successive dust with rain that works to remove dust from agricultural crops in the winter. They linked dust to poverty. The dust storm contributes to uprooting trees and destroying agricultural crops, which then leads to people migrating to more beneficial places. They linked dust to rising prices and high prices
