It was presented by Lecturer Dr. Liqaa Shakir Khattar Al-Shuraifi, a faculty member at our Center, and Researcher Dr. Ibtisam Hadi Kazem from the University of Baghdad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The speakers discussed the goal of enhancing youth awareness of the importance of their active participation in shaping decisions\u2014both at the university and community levels\u2014while helping students acquire essential decision-making skills and develop their leadership abilities to prepare a generation capable of assuming responsibility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop focused on several key themes, including the concept and significance of decision-making, clarifying both its theoretical and practical foundations, and its impact on personal and professional development. It also addressed youth participation in university and community life, presenting examples of student initiatives\u2014both volunteer-based and institutional\u2014that strengthen youth presence in decision-making and leadership positions.The researchers emphasized effective decision-making through practical exercises involving the analysis of alternatives, risk assessment, and selection of optimal solutions.
